Superb Wedding Photos Countdown | 12 & 11 | The Top 50 Images of 2015
Every year at this time we have the really fun task of picking the best of our superb wedding photos — the 50 images that spark our emotions and impact our senses like no others. Sometimes they’re obvious picks, and other times less so. But there is always a reason behind our choices.
December 20, 2015 is the last day of sharing two superb wedding photos daily, as the Top 10 moves to one image daily. These are our #12 and #11 picks!

Ali and Bryan are (yet another!) one of those so-perfectly-matched couples in life and love, and their wedding exuded that. Look at this incredibly happy moment Liz captured of their first-dance. Bryan’s out-of-focus hand swinging in the dance adds even more fluidity and motion, but you can see that, you don’t need us to say it. We’re finding it increasingly difficult to try to describe what is going on in our Top photos, especially as we move toward the top of the list, because a hallmark of most of these photos is how they are self-explanatory, the proverbial picture that is “worth a thousand words”. Of note, it was Ali and Bryan’s black and white walk at the beach that was our #38 image in this list. Take a look at the rest of Ali and Bryan’s beautiful Cape Elizabeth wedding!

Suzi and Tyler were the subjects of our #18 image three days earlier, and here they reappear at sunset at the magical view at the ready at the always top-notch-in-every-respect Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine in October. The sun had set and caused the sky to have this vignette with rich color, and adding our own front light to give the newlyweds their natural skin tones made this shot, replete with the five fishing boats, our #11 favorite of the entire 2015 season!
