Maine Wedding Photographer
About two years ago I got a chance to shoot a very unique wedding. The bride and groom were well toward triple the age of the average couple we as wedding photographers customarily shoot. The bride was so sweet, she had done everything for her wedding (reported to me, though I don’t recall confirming this, as being her first marriage!) just to perfection. She and her husband did whatever I asked them, just like a couple of 24 year olds…. (like I mentioned, at nearly triple that age!). Anyhow, this image, as well as all taken that day became very special to her; her new husband passed away just a few months after their wedding. A tender moment and touching end to the story, for sure.
