Ogunquit Maine Engagement | Maine Wedding Photographers

When we met with Laura and Ben on May 9, 2017 for their Ogunquit Maine engagement session. The skies were cloudy, which we love, but no rain fell. We all breathed a sigh of relief. To say that the weather in Maine recently has been unsettled is an understatement. Sunny and 85 one day, pouring rain and 45 the next. Laura and Ben’s was our first engagement session of the 2017 season, and we had all been hoping for some good weather. That we love dramatic skies is no secret, so when we had a chance to take our couple to Ogunquit Beach, we were thrilled!

Laura and Ben’s Ogunquit Maine engagement session was also the first time we’ve incorporated our drone into an actual client photo shoot. Russ has been working over the winter studying, practice flying, and getting FAA-certifed. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of one of the photos, below. (It’s the one with them on the famous Perkin’s Cove footbridge).

We’ll be photographing Laura and Ben’s wedding this fall at the Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport, Maine. Kennebunkport is another favorite of ours, as anyone who has followed our blogs knows. Kennebunkport has everything! Ocean front, river front, a breakwater, beaches, a quintessential downtown, beautiful inns and hotels, fantastic restaurants, and more. What a wonderful day it will be!
