Nonantum Wedding Show | Kennebunkport Maine | 11.01.15
The 2015 Nonantum Wedding Show was a huge success! Russell Caron Wedding Photography attended the Nonantum Resort’s annual autumn show on Sunday, November 1, 2015. As far as wedding shows go, the Nonantum Wedding Show is typically on a smaller, more intimate scale. This year’s show was particularly well-attended with well-qualified clients. Smaller shows suit our style perfectly, as we like to get to know our clients personally. Held in the resort’s ballroom, the show spilled out into surrounding rooms, and even two outdoor displays. There were over 30 vendors, almost 100 brides, and over 200 guests. We call that a real success!
Vendors
The talented vendors included not only a variety of top Maine wedding photographers, there were also bands (including one playing live!), DJs, florists, venues, transportation services, event services, salons, bakers, stationers. And more! One of the great benefits to a smaller wedding show, is that you have the opportunity to stop, look, and chat with each vendor. It’s a very personal experience. Another asset of the Nonantum Wedding Show is that most of the vendors have done work with the Nonantum, so they’re already vetted for you. The full list of participating vendors is here.
Many thanks to Ariel Taschereau, Tim Ames, and Dawn Blystone, of the Nonantum’s Sales Department. Also thank you to Christine Parker-England of Real Maine Weddings Magazine, for staffing the registration table. We had such a good time at this year’s Nonantum Wedding Show, as a result, we can’t wait for next year!
The photos below give you an idea of the excellent vendors and guests that attended the Nonantum Wedding Show. We hope you enjoy the following look into this year’s event, and we hope to see you there in 2016!
