Maine Drone Engagement Image | Maine Drone Engagement Photographers
When we met Kelly and Dana in York for their Nubble Light engagement session, the weather conditions were perfect to get a Maine drone engagement image of them. And we wanted to do that somewhere on the water. But one of the stipulations about using the drone is that we can’t fly directly over people who aren’t part of the project.
When we began at Nubble Light, it was too crowded with sightseers. So worked our way towards the York River, over by the Harris Island Road. It tends to be a bit quieter there, and that proved to be the case during Kelly and Dana’s engagement session.
What we love about drone photos is, not unexpectedly, the totally different viewpoint it affords us. Everything ends up looking differently. Even the water refracts light differently and presents itself often with more “Caribbean colors”, as we like to call it. That, and the unique aspects of seeing our subjects in a whole new way. As such, this is our #5 top engagement photo of 2018!
Kelly and Dana’s wedding will be in late June in Kennebunkport at the Nonantum Resort. And to say we are looking forward to it would be an understatement!
