Fun Wedding Recessional Photo | Castine Maine Wedding Photographers
We love a fun wedding recessional photo! And that’s what Jenna and Will delivered. It’s but one example of the great fun we had at Jenna and Will’s wedding! It was held this summer at a beautiful private residence in Castine, Maine. During the recessional, there was a unique alternative to the often-thrown confetti or rice. Everyone was handed an ice cream cone cup filled with very environmentally-friendly lavender buds. (Oh, and it smelled amazing!!) Everyone timed their “throw” just right! Russ grabbed this shot from low with a wide-angle lens.
The lavender was a bit of a heavy hit to Jenna’s hair and Will’s face (!) but it made for such a fun photo. It’s the photo that it’s our #5 top wedding image of 2018!
