Nonantum Resort Wedding Photographers | Kennebunkport Maine Wedding

Christina and Ryan had a gorgeous Nonantum Resort wedding in Kennebunkport Maine, August 12, 2016. Their wedding being on a Friday, their guests could thus have a long summer weekend in Maine. We were thrilled when they asked us to be their Nonantum Resort wedding photographers, because we love the Nonantum..the people, the location, the food, the town, its access to the ocean; they have it all!

Christina and Ryan are two of the nicest people! Sweet, kind, caring, they make everyone around them feel good. Wedding day was no different. Even though it was threatening to rain, these two remained easy going. Because really, what can you do? The day began hot and humid, but thankfully, the clouds moved in and a breeze kicked in. Ryan and the guys had a brisk sail on the Pineapple Ketch as they arrived at the Nonantum. They were so lucky, as the skies held and were so dramatic during the ceremony! Not a drop of rain fell. We were even able to squeeze in family photos and bridal party photos.

We decided to do a quick offsite at Colony Beach and the breakwater. Sprinkles fell, but we got some great images. We went to a spot on Ocean Ave, Kennebunkport, where Ryan proposed. Even though raindrops fell, Christina and Ryan were willing to stand in the rain for a photo. True champs!
