Portland Maine Winter Weddings | Portland Maine Wedding Photographers
Portland Maine winter weddings can be risky, especially in January. Jordan and Brandon took the risk, and it played off with a wedding day that was nothing short of perfection. We love that Jordan first chose us to photograph her wedding upon seeing one of our snowy-wedding images. We were able to create this magical image of the newlyweds. So now they can have their very own lifetime memory of their winter wedding. Jordan is wearing a Disney Princess that gown is somehow more than fitting for this image.
Jordan and her bridesmaids prepared at the Residence Inn in Portland. She and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done by Jessica Candage, one of the best in the business. (above and below) What a great way to begin your wedding day!
The ceremony was at The First Parish Church in Yarmouth, Maine.
Look for the YouTube link below to seeing the entire wedding in a fun time-lapse clip taken from the same angle as the above wide shot.
Longfellow Square, festive and still illuminated from the recent holidays, was a perfect place to stop, regardless of the weather and cold. Above right, Jordan in the limo, awaiting being announced in at the Ocean Gateway Terminal.
Parent dances are always a time for genuine, loving emotion to shine through.
And this little fellow, pretty new at the whole walking thing, was dancing up a storm to the delight of onlookers.
Sparkler send-offs are not just for summer weddings! They also work especially well during Portland Maine winter weddings, when there’s a chill in the air!
The reception was at the Ocean Gateway Cruise Ship Terminal in Portland, Maine.
