Colleen and Andrew had a fantastic late fall wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine in early November, 2012. Warm considering the time of year, it was simply a great day, and at a great venue, the Nonantum Resort.
I love this shot. While the people in it are exactly as they were, i.e. no post-production editing at all was applied to them, this scene, typical of quaint Maine town that looks alot like it did over one hundred years ago, took alot of post-production editing to get to look like it does here. Namely, orange construction signs, crooked telephone poles, and about 50 miles of electric and telephone lines have been banished to digital oblivion using our PhotoShop techniques. We love making lifetime memories and pieces of real art made from real moments in time with our wedding photography.
Watch for Part II of Colleen and Andrew tomorrow, there are some wonderful sunset images to follow.
